Closing down the old
Iron Horse

For many years, a really neat folk venue has been The Iron Horse Concert Hall in El Dorado, Kansas. Developed by Don Koke and his late wife, Marianne, it was a place with “character”. We were honored to perform the last set of the last concert on this stage on May 2, 1998, just days before the wrecking ball brought down the house. The good news that night, though, was that Don is planning to reopen the Iron Horse at a new location in El Dorado in the fall.
